This product is a stock solution at 10 times the concentration of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). It is a phosphate-buffered saline composed of sodium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium chloride, and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, adjusted to have a pH of 7.4 for the working solution (1 x PBS) when used.
